Once you have drop off the returns at the post office/courier of your choice, please click here to get support or call our hotline 1-800-856-5587 to inform us of your return. Do provide us with a picture or screenshot of the postage receipt and/or the returns tracking number. This will expedite the process for us to issue you the refunds soonest possible
